QIGONG IN TIAN MU ~
Monday mornings mean qigong for a small but dedicated group of people who gather together once a week to practice this ancient art of relaxing into a state of strength, health, and centred calm. Entering our second month of classes, the response has been unanimously positive. Basically, this.simple introductory course aims at acquainting those in the class with simple techniques for harnessing the breath, and refining it in conjunction with simple repetitive movements. Visualization and guided meditations further facilitate the cultivation of balance and well-being, by working to harmonize the body and mind with each other and with the natural world. There isn’t much more to say. As with many practices which must be experienced in order to be of benefit, try qigong for yourself to see why it has been revered for over 5000 years as one of the most amazing systems of health cultivation humanity has ever developed.
